About Mary Ann
Mary Ann is the local sweetheart at Abandoned Pet Rescue. At about three and a half years old, this adult Pit Bull Terrier brings plenty of joy with her blue-gray and fawn coat and an easygoing energy that suits most homes. At first, Mary Ann may come off a bit shy, but it doesn’t take long before she’s seeking out hugs and offering you every bit of affection she has. Treats do the trick—before you know it, she’ll be resting her head in your lap, happy to soak up attention. Mary Ann walks well on leash, is reliably house trained, and has a nice balance of playfulness and calm. She’s friendly when passing other dogs on walks, but she really shines as the only dog at home. She isn’t looking for feline roommates—Mary Ann doesn’t get along with cats—but she does great with children and enjoys being part of an active home. With spay surgery and vaccinations already done, she’s ready for her next chapter. Libra dogs like Mary Ann tend to be peaceful and loyal. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
