About Roger
Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Roger is a stunning tabby cat with mesmerizing light blue eyes and a gentle, quiet personality that will instantly warm your heart. He is part of a deeply bonded pair with his nearly identical brother, Beau—their eye colors being the easiest way to tell them apart. While Beau tends to be more outgoing, Roger’s shyness simply highlights his tender nature. He finds comfort in taking his time to get to know new people and thrives when greeted with patience and understanding. When Roger feels safe, he will descend from his beloved cat tree to share a treat or accept gentle pets, making each small step toward trust truly meaningful. Having only ever known life in the shelter alongside Beau, the brothers’ bond is unbreakable, and their personalities perfectly complement one another. Roger leans on Beau for confidence, while providing him with loyal companionship. These sweet boys dream of finding a calm, loving home where they can be together and finally experience the peace and affection they deserve. Roger is currently vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and ready for his next adventure at Abandoned Pet Rescue, a no-kill shelter in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
