Hershey spent 11 years of her life with her family that adored her. A heartbreaking chapter occurred when the mother of the family passed away and then the family fell on hard financial times. They were no longer able to care for Hershey and searched for a no-kill shelter where she would be safe. Hershey still acts like a young pup that enjoys zoomies and walks. She loves people including kids, but does need to be the only pet in a home. She is a 20lb Chihuahua with a beautiful chocolate coat. She has a couple senior warts that aren't concerning and is in overall great health plus spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She is well behaved in a home and is just looking to be loved again and bring joy to a new home!!
