Blossom is new to shelter life. She is terrified here and would love a foster to help her with her fear. She is very shy and timid but a very sweet girl once she knows you. She needs to learn to have confidence. She needs a patient person to teach her that no one is going to harm her. We would love to see her open up and feel welcome. She is small and quiet.
