Tigger
AvailableTigger is a young, neutered male black Domestic Short Hair with a short coat, currently about 2 years old and living in Wantagh, NY. He is house trained, up to date on vaccinations, and gets along well with both cats and children. Tigger does not have special needs, making him an easy-going companion for many different homes.
About Tigger
Tigger has faced more twists than most cats his age. He turned up as a 7-month-old stray at an HVAC company in West Babylon and instantly won over the staff and Last Hope volunteers with his easygoing charm. Adopted in January 2025, Tigger thought he’d found his forever but was returned a year later when his family lost their home—no fault of his own. Now about 2 years old, Tigger spends his days at the Wantagh Cat Center, waiting in Free Roamer Room 3 for someone steady and warm-hearted to show him how good life can be. He’s ready for a fresh start and would love a home filled with kindness and maybe a touch of honey. He gets along well with both cats and children, so he could fit right in with most families. Tigger was born May 12, making him a stubborn and lovable Taurus, as any Winnie the Pooh fan could appreciate. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
