Meet Rayo! Just because you’re beautiful, doesn’t mean everyone will love you. This beautiful boy found himself abandoned on the streets of Houston. A passerby scooped him up off of a busy highway before he was hit. He was taken to the vet and scanned for a microchip. Ultimately what was found was an owner who refused to return the phone calls saying that his dog had been found. The good Samaritan contacted our Rescue, and we vowed that he will never be left again. Rayo is playful, funny, and friendly to everyone he meets! He is potty trained, and now fully vetted.
