About Peony

Peony is a small, mixed-breed dog who’s learning to trust people after a tough start in Maypearl, TX. Abandoned alongside her mother and sister, she was once timid but has quickly adapted at Flying B Animal Rescue & Sanctuary. This sweet girl now greets her caretakers with joyful wiggles and little barks. Peony is embracing the warmth of human companionship, enjoying cuddles and treats, and happily crating for the promise of snacks. Despite her past hardships, Peony gets along well with dogs of all sizes once she's properly introduced. She had minor wounds from her days in the wild, which reminds us of her resilience and potential for love.
