🌻 Meet Sunflower 🌻 Sunflower is an approximately 7-month-old, possibly Catahoula mix with a gentle spirit and a heart that's still learning how to feel safe in the world. This beautiful girl came to us as a stray, so her past is a mystery -- but her future is full of potential. Sunflower can be a little shy at first and will need time and patience to warm up to new people. Once she begins to trust you, you'll see her spunky nature start to shine through. She's looking for a home that will give her the reassurance and consistency she needs to blossom. Because she came in as a stray, we are unsure of her previous training. She may not be fully house trained and will likely need continued guidance as she settles into a home. We are also unsure how she does with cats or other dogs, so slow introductions and proper meet-and-greets will be important. Sunflower is scheduled to be spayed, microchipped, and given her rabies vaccination on 03/12/26. She can be adopted prior to that date, with the adopter responsible for transporting her to her scheduled veterinary appointment.
