Meet Eugene! Eugene is a male, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, born January 2023. He is a gentle, sweet, lovable boy! His favorite thing is to just sit/lay right next to you and cuddle until he starts snoring! He has really come out of his shell since being at his foster home. He is working on walking on a leash and potty training- doing so well! He does well in an apartment and is just so sweet. He is looking for his perfect home! Eugene is being fostered in Richmond, VA. He is up to date on vaccinations and requires an owner committed to continued training and socialization.
