Nellie is an 8-year-old tortoiseshell sweetheart who came to us after being transferred from another shelter when her beloved owners were no longer able to care for her. She had been their only cat since kittenhood, and her gentle, affectionate nature shows it. Nellie loves to be held, chats happily with her people, and purrs nonstop once you give her attention. She especially enjoys stretching her legs outside her kennel and exploring at her own pace.
