Elvi is a playful, sweet puppy who loves people and other dogs. She is in a foster with 3 dogs and 2 kids. She is doing great with them! Bouncing and playing at full blast with one of the other dogs, then cuddling inside with a person is the routine she enjoys. Previously, she was in a foster with her litter of 6, and 4 other older dogs and did well too! She had a rough start, she was sick with distemper, but she is a fighter and no longer is sick. This pushed a few things back, like potty training and leash walking. We are working on potty training now, and on leash training as well. Elvi will need a home with someone who understands that she wants a lot of love and attention. She is a lap dog and a bit of a velcro dog. She will even sit through zoom work meetings on the same chair as a human and rest and be quiet, just so she can be close. Elvi sleeps with her foster parents and resident dogs on the bed. She does not like the crate, so if that is something you're are thinking about, you will have to start that from the beginning. Elvi will sit in a puppy pen with a yummy treat for quiet time, or if we need to clean around the house for short bit. If you would like to meet me, please apply.
