Summers County Humane Society Meet Helen. This sweet skinny girl was picked up by animal control. She appears to be blind and maybe even slightly deaf. She stumbles around some while she is learning her surroundings. Helen is finally in a safe and secure environment getting the love and attention that she deserves. She is good about going potty outside. Helen loves people and gets along with other dogs. She would do great with a senior owner, or someone who works from home.
