Hi there! My name is Ziggy! I am an 8 month old medium sized mixed breed and I'm at the Santa Barbara Campus. Enthusiastic is one word you could use to describe me I don't think I've seen one thing that doesn't make me jump for joy. Whether its my favorite tug toy, favorite walking path, favorite bed, or favorite treat I guess you could say every new adventure is my favorite. Even though I am full of love to give I need someone to show me the polite way to show it aka work on my basic manners. I just get so happy I don't know to express it! I also can be a bit skeptical of new people but if you show you have my favorite kibble or treats I will melt right into your heart. It doesn't take much convincing for you to become my favorite person! Adoptions are open 12pm-4:30pm every day, except Wednesdays, and no appointment is needed. Like all SBH animals, when I am adopted I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoptions also include a certificate for a complimentary post-adoption veterinary exam from a local clinic and our partners at Hills Science Diet will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.
