Meet Finn! Finn had a rough beginning but is now thriving in foster care! Finn is estimated to be 5 years old. He lived on the streets for most of his life until he was taken into our care after being TNR'd. Finn needed some serious dental work and was FIV+ so we wanted to try to socialize him.
