Meet Casper! Casper spent of 400 days in a city shelter. He was fed once a day and got out of his kennel when they cleaned it. Until recently he did not get any social interaction. Casper is a sweet pup! He loves playing fetch and tossing toys around. He has A LOT of energy! He would do best in a home with older (12 yrs) or no children. He moves fast and is not aware of his size or strength. We are working on his manners. He is food motivated and loves to make his human happy!
