Macy
AvailableMacy is a small, young, spayed female Domestic Short Hair living in Philadelphia, PA. She is house trained, and her vaccinations are up to date. As a permanently ataxic cat due to a congenital condition, Macy gets around with a touch of unsteadiness but maintains a loving and cheerful demeanor.
About Macy
Macy is a joyful, determined kitten who sees the world as her personal playground. Fluffy tails and anything that moves instantly capture her attention—she loves pouncing, batting, and chasing, even if her steps are a little unsteady. Macy’s uncoordinated movements stem from a congenital condition—her mom was exposed to Distemper during pregnancy, which left Macy permanently ataxic. She doesn’t let that slow her down. In fact, it only makes her playtime and affection even more endearing. Macy is pure sweetness and innocence—always ready for snuggles or to curl up on a lap after romping with other cats or dogs. She has been raised alongside cats, dogs, and even ferrets, forming easy friendships and proving herself to be both adaptable and social. Macy will need to be adopted with one of her foster friends or to a home with another friendly animal, as she thrives with companions. Her needs aren’t complicated, but she’ll always have a unique way of getting around. She’ll fit perfectly in a home ready to embrace her playful quirks and gentle nature. What are you waiting for?
