Roxie and her sister Rosie were born under a house along with 9 others in eastern North Carolina. Anamazing group of volunteers educated the family and they agreed to surrender them. CVAAG took 2 females and the other went to another rescue up north. We know the mom is a Staffordshire terrier mix but have no idea about the dad.
