About Cosmo The Lab Mix
Available for Adoption starting February 28th! Cosmo is a handsome tan boy with black markings and the sweetest, easygoing personality. He’s one of the more laid-back pups in the litter, but with a delightfully goofy side that keeps things fun. Cosmo enjoys playing with his siblings and happily joins in when the energy ramps up, yet he’s just as content to stretch out for a cozy nap. He especially loves snuggling up with his Lamb Chop toy, making him the perfect blend of playful and cuddly. Cosmo’s story began in Texas, where his mom, Maggie, was found as a stray on an oil rig job site. After being rescued, she safely delivered her puppies in foster care. When the babies were just four weeks old, they made the journey to Wisconsin and have been growing and thriving in a loving foster home ever since. Cosmo is fostered with his mom and siblings, does well with other dogs, is playful and gentle with children, and is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, vet checked, and comes with medical records. Cosmo is ready for a forever family who will appreciate his calm charm, silly moments, and love of snuggles. He is working hard on potty training, however his new family should be prepared to do additional training while he learns the routine at his new home. He is up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and he comes with his medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination which certifies him to be in good condition. His adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee.
