She and her siblings had a rough start, ending up at a shelter and waiting for months before being taken in by rescue. Of her litter, Fancy started out the shyest, but regular time with a trainer has helped her grow notably more comfortable and curious. While she’s still somewhat reserved, Fancy is making steady progress. She enjoys watching other dogs and is starting to join in the fun more each day. Fancy is learning basic skills—she knows "stay"—and responds well to a gentle, structured environment. She plays easily with other dogs, gets along with cats and kids, and warms up to cuddling once she feels at home. Expect a playful, compact dog who’s happy to learn and willing to go for hikes, but who values calmness and routine above excitement and unpredictability.
