Meet Venus — A Tiny Life Saved Just in Time Venus was born on 2/1/2026 to courageous mama Hailey after she endured unimaginable neglect. Chained, abandoned, and fighting just to survive, Hailey still brought seven precious babies into the world. Venus is one of those little miracles. At just about 3 weeks old, Venus is still in that soft, sleepy newborn stage — all tiny stretches, gentle squeaks, and warm puppy snuggles. Her days are filled with nursing, cuddling close to her siblings, and resting safely beside her mama. She doesn’t know the hardship her mother faced — she only knows warmth, nourishment, and safety now. And that is exactly how it should be. Venus is growing stronger each day. Her eyes are opening wider to the world, her little legs wobbling with more confidence. She represents hope — proof that even after the darkest beginnings, life can bloom into something beautiful. Because she is still nursing and learning essential lessons from her mama, Venus will be ready for her forever home once she is fully weaned, at approximately 8 to 9 weeks of age. These early weeks are critical for healthy development, and we are committed to giving her the very best start possible. She will never know chains. She will never know hunger. She will never have to fight to survive. Instead, Venus will grow up knowing gentle hands, full bowls, and a forever family who will love and protect her for a lifetime. We believe every dog deserves to be part of the family and live safely indoors.
