This medium-energy pup loves playing with his dog friends and then stretching out on the couch for a good nap. Elio was found in the woods at just six weeks old with a broken leg that required amputation in October, but that hasn't slowed this tripod down one bit. He is thriving and more playful than ever, and he would make a wonderful addition to nearly any family ready to welcome him with open arms. Elio does great when greeted by other dogs and loves playing with his foster siblings. He would likely do well with or without a canine companion. His friendly nature suggests he would likely do fine with cats in the home. Elio loves children and is gentle with them. He enjoys playing with squeaky toys and romping around outside with his dog friends before coming back in for couch snuggle time. Elio is a smart boy with a big heart. He is fully crate trained and house trained. He is crated during the day and overnight without any issues and has had zero accidents since coming north.
