Joly is a beautiful Siamese Flame Point mix who was found last year and rescued through Dream Away Cat Rescue. He is new to being inside, but is very loving and demonstrably affectionate. Joly is a beautiful boy, and we think he knows it. He is very friendly, but sometimes likes to play hard to get. We can't help but think he is a bit of a flirt. We don't know much about Joly's past, save that until recently he was an outdoor cat. His first time at Purrs was not the best, as he was simply not used to all the noise and attention he got being inside. Poor thing got overstimulated. So he went to foster, where he learned that people can be chill, and indoor kitties could be friends. He flourished in foster, became more confident, and less fearful. Now he is back at Purrs and hangs out primarily in our Serenity Room. Joly might not come out to say hi right off the bat, as he still can feel a little overwhelmed with all the attention. He likes to people watch from concealed hideaways. But once you've gotten a few pets in, its a whole different story. He just MELTS. This little guy loves to be pet, makes biscuits like a pro, and purrs with a truly big motor. He is a very sweet boy who just needs a proper introduction and a bit of peace and quiet. Joly does well with other cats, and would be good for a calm home with older children if any. He is gentle, loving, and happy to be part of a family. Joly is fully vetted. DOB 1/10/25
