Sassy and her brother Blue came from a situation where they lived outside in a fenced in yard, but didn't have a lot of socialization. Their human passed away and that is why FOCCAS took over care. The two of them started out very shy and wary of everyone. Since being at the rescue, they have learned to trust people. Sassy is still on the shy side, but she looks forward to walks using a gentle leader, treats, and attention from volunteers. She would love to be adopted by a patient person who can continue building up her confidence. FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. Local adoption fee is $300.
