- Incredibly sweet, friendly guy who can be shy at first around new people and in new situations - Treat-motivated and takes treats very gently - Does well on a leash - Came from a situation where he did not receive the typical socialization that puppies get; has been gaining confidence in our care and would benefit from a patient, mature family who can help him continue that growth - Because of the situation he came from, he may not want to share his food or toys with other dogs and may do best when fed separately - Has done well with larger dogs on play dates (dog intro recommended) - We don't know his history with kids or cats All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age) The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed.
