Penelope is a 10-week-old ( as of 2/21/26) Catahoula mix with a playful spirit and a sweet, curious personality. She’s a happy, growing puppy who loves to explore, play, and eat (mealtime is her favorite!). She gets along well with other dogs and is currently doing great with a 5-month-old kitten, showing appropriate curiosity and friendly behavior. Penelope would enjoy a home with another playful dog but could also thrive as the center of attention with an active family. She is working on house training and Crate training in progress (she may vocalize briefly when first kenneled but settles quickly) • A good car rider • Food motivated and eager to learn As a young Catahoula mix, Penelope will likely grow into an intelligent, active dog who benefits from continued training, structure, and exercise. She is still very much a puppy and will need patience, consistency, and guidance as she learns. Penelope is looking for a committed forever home ready to help her grow into the amazing dog she’s meant to be. She is located in Houston, TX and can be transported to most states for a $300 fee.
