YOU'RE GONNA LOVE CHEETO! (And we're not kidding!) This big, lovable lunk showed up on a porch in a rural area, presumably after being abandoned. Dawn and her family, the owners of the porch, checked with all the neighbors trying to find where he belonged, but came up empty handed. Already having all the kitties they could take good care of, they brought him to us so we could find him a good home. A stroke of luck for him and you! Our vet (Dr Laura) thinks Cheeto is a young dude, only a year or two old. He's been neutered, wormed, vaccinated and is a perfect gentleman with his litter box. Because he's such a big guy, over 12 pounds, some of the other shelter cats haven't been as welcoming as we would like. Always tough starting a new school in the middle of the year! In spite of some jerkiness on their part, he's an absolute sweetheart and has never shown any aggression back, even though it's well deserved sometimes. Because he's so easy going, we think he'll do well with cat friendly canines too, given a little time to get to know them. He adores people of all sizes and will make a wonderful addition to any loving family. The more quality time he can spend with his special humans the happier he will be.
