Because we are all volunteers, Illinois Doberman Rescue Plus only considers approved applicants to meet our orphans in our foster homes. The adoption fee includes vet exam, FIV/FeLV test, age-appropriate spay/neuter through IDR+ approved vet, age-appropriate vaccinations, fecal test, flea and ear mite check, and microchip. He came to us in rough shape after living outside for some time. He is finally getting over his skin issues and coming out of his shell. He is learning that humans are nice and is starting to really enjoy attention and being pet. He gets along great with other cats and has a somewhat submissive personality. He also loves his Churu treat and prefers to have them daily. Chocolate would enjoy a nice quiet home where he can relax and enjoy a nice fluffy cat bed.
