Yuki!
AvailableYuki is a young spayed female Japanese Akita, a little over 1 year old, living in New York, NY. She has a long apricot and golden coat and is house trained. Yuki is fully vaccinated. She has no special needs.
About Yuki!
Yuki brings a real teddy bear vibe to life—a gentle, happy dog with a tail-wag and a smile made for greeting friends. She was rescued as a puppy from the streets of Azerbaijan, so her early days were spent building trust and warming up to people, not struggling to survive. That upbringing shows; she’s bright-eyed, playful, and eager for affection, always ready to dole out kisses, and lights up when other dogs or children are around. At just over a year old, Yuki is already spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Her thick golden and beige coat makes her stand out on any walk, and her long fur gives her a plush, huggable look. She’s house trained, well socialized with both dogs and people, and likely to get along with cats too. There’s no food aggression to worry about either. Yuki’s looking for an active adopter with a yard and time for play—someone often home, possibly with another dog for company. If you want a genuinely affectionate and playful companion, she’ll fit right in. Yuki is currently in New York, NY. Her international journey means her adoption fee is $1000 to cover part of the transport, but foster-to-adopt options exist too. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
