Found in a vacant house with his sister (now happily adopted!), Ookie quickly charmed his way into a wonderful foster home and is now ready for his forever family! This sweet, goofy, and playful pup is a true gem with an incredibly big heart. Ookie thrives on attention and loves to be the center of your world. He's a high-energy boy who would adore daily adventures - think 2-3 long walks or a big fenced yard where he can zoom around. He's super smart, already leash-trained, knows "sit" and "spin around," and is eager to learn more. Just be sure to have plenty of durable chew toys ready, as he loves enrichment and a good chew! This social butterfly gets along with everyone! In his foster home, he lived harmoniously with three cats and an older dog, respecting their boundaries while always up for a play. He's fantastic with kids of all ages, learning not to jump on the smaller ones, and loves to play with them. He's also fully housebroken - he'll even let you know if the porch door is closed! He loves to "dance" on walks and give enthusiastic "jump-up" hugs, though he's a fast learner and is quickly mastering more gentle ways to show affection.
