Remington is a handsome male who is still settling in and figuring out shelter life. New to us and understandably a bit shy and overwhelmed at first, he's already showing that there's a friendly, social dog underneath once he's given a little time to relax. He looks like a Mastiff/Rottweiler mix, with a striking black and brindle coat and a solid, sturdy build around 95 pounds. In play group with other dogs, Remington may start off reserved, but he quickly loosens up and becomes more comfortable as he warms to the experience. Remington was found by a good Samaritan and is now ready for his next chapter. He would likely do well with someone who appreciates a calmer introduction and understands that confidence can grow with patience and consistency. With the right environment, Remington has the potential to be a steady, loyal companion.
