Hi I'm Spencer!! While my profile picture shows me looking pretty sad, I am actually a very happy go lucky boy. I was recovering from an injury (which my adoption counselors can tell you all about) but I am doing much better now! I am three years old but I do have hip dysplasia (not caused by my injuries) so it's easy to think I'm an old man with joint problems. But my spirit is strong and I'd love a home that can physically support me and also love on me!
