Meet Ozzy! This handsome 1 year old, 74 pound, Rottweiler boy is bursting with energy, charm, and a whole lot of love! Ozzy is the kind of pup who turns every moment into a chance for playtime, chasing a ball, romping around the yard, or wrestling, Ozzy is the perfect playmate. Ozzy is a high energy boy, but with the right family and a little bit of training, Ozzy would make the perfect family dog or companion. Ozzy's eyes light up every time he sees someone, thrives on every interaction and would be the perfect companion for an active family or individual who’s ready to match his playful side. He’s smart, eager to learn, especially if treats are involved. While he’s got a big personality, he’s also got a big heart and is looking for someone to share it with, after a good run outside Ozzy's likes to remind you that despite his size, he can be a lapdop. Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet. ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months
