Meet Melvin Melvin is a sweet, affectionate Chihuahua mix estimated to be about 1 year old, and he's ready for his forever home. He came to us from San Bernardino Animal Control and has been nothing but a love bug ever since. Melvin gets along well with other dogs and absolutely enjoys being petted. He's happiest soaking up all the affection he can get. This gentle little guy is patiently waiting for his perfect family to find him and give him the love he deserves.
