Baxter and his siblings were dumped on the side of a busy road in Palos Verdes at 10pm at night. Tragically, two of the four were struck by cars. He survived by hiding in the bushes, while he watched the others scramble to safety. Terrified and alone, a good Samaritan scooped him up, and brought him to safety. He is approximately 1 year old and currently in a foster home, learning the ropes of being a good house pup, getting crate trained, and soaking up every ounce of affection he can. He’ll be neutered and microchipped this week and will officially be available for adoption. This boy is pure sweetness — cuddly, gentle, loving, and so incredibly grateful to be safe. He would do best in a home with another dog, as he finds comfort and confidence having a canine buddy by his side. From the bushes to a second chance… now he just needs his forever home.
