Meet OSCAR at the Merriam PetSmart located at 5810 Antioch Rd, Merriam, KS 66202. You can adopt our cats from the adoption center at PetSmart. Adoption hours are 12–5 PM Monday–Saturday and 12–4 PM on Sundays. 

 OSCAR is guaranteed to be one of the sweetest cats you'll ever meet! He's a gentle guy who just loves to cuddle and wants to be close. Oscar has been living a hard life outdoors. He was found hiding in a trash can after other outdoor cats were picking on him, but thanks to a kind Good Samaritan, he’s now safe and ready for his forever home. He's still looking a little rough, but this guy is ready for indoor living and all the love and comforts that go with it. Oscar is 6 years old and he weighs 10 lbs. He tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) which is a life-long disease that keeps his immune system lowered. They can even be housed together, which is explained in the link provided. OSCAR will need to be a TOTALLY INDOOR CAT... and he's happy about that! ADOPTING A CAT
 

Our cats have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated and tested for FIV and feline leukemia. We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary.
