Little Isma, Ingrid, and Iza were born in Puerto Rico and are currently waiting in a shelter, hoping for the chance at a better life. These adorable lowrider pups have striking blue eyes, short legs, and so much potential. They are true island mixes and their exact breeds are a mystery, but their sweetness is not. They have been vetted and have received two rounds of vaccines. They love to play and are ready to learn what it means to be cherished members of a family here in the States. These lucky pups have the opportunity to take a freedom flight to loving homes if each one has a committed foster or adopter waiting.
