Little Lupita was born in Puerto Rico and has found herself in a shelter hoping for a better life. She is a cute little lowrider pup with short legs and a heart of gold. Her little tail wags a mile a minute and she is eager to please. This sweet little girl is available to fly up to a better home in the States if someone is willing to foster or adopt her.
