Cocoa and her siblings were born in Puerto Rico, where there are far too many dogs and not nearly enough loving homes. She now has the chance to fly to the States for a fresh start, but she needs a foster or adopter to make that journey possible. Cocoa has been fully vetted and vaccinated and is ready to begin her new life. She is wonderful with other dogs and has also been around cats and even chickens. She is eager to learn and will thrive with a family ready to guide her and show her what love and stability feel like.
