This old soul came into the rescue as a stray. He was emaciated, matted, and looking for help. Phantom is declawed and was neutered. He is a senior guy that is on daily medication, although is currently stable with his health conditions. He loves to be held, is very affectionate, very vocal when he wants something, and would sure love a forever home. Please help us find him his forever home!
