Eddie is an 8- month old, 12lb, energetic, and playful terrier mix who brings fun wherever he goes. He loves squeaky toys, chew toys, and dragging his favorite blankets around for playtime. He’s a smart boy who responds well to a gentle “aht-aht” when redirected and is eager to learn. Eddie is doing very well with house training—he had just a few accidents during his first couple of days but is catching on quickly to going outside. At night, he sleeps comfortably in a crate and settles in nicely. When playtime winds down, Eddie shows his softer side. He enjoys snuggling when he’s tired, absolutely loves belly rubs, and is very affectionate with his people. He has been friendly and playful with every human he’s met and gets along great with the resident older dog in his foster home. Eddie has not yet been around cats or other types of pets, but he would do wonderfully in a home with another young dog who can match his playful energy. Eddie will need someone that works from home to continue his house training and socialization.
