He’s still very much a puppy, and instead of learning how to be part of a family, he’s in a kennel, trying to stay brave in a place that’s loud, stressful, and confusing. Dandy should be in a home right now. He should be learning just how much he loves belly rubs, playing with his favorite toys, and snuggling with his family at the end of every day. He’s playful, friendly, and knows a few basic commands. He still has that young dog energy and loves attention.
