The first time this happened he was free in the house with only 1 littermate. The puppy pen with the puppy pads was closed since the other 3 puppies were in there. Bellamy ran around the outside of the pen, looking for a way in then gave up and did his business outside of the pen, as close as he could get to the puppy pad.
