Phillip is a precious and affectionate 2 year old pug mix. He and his family members came from a hoarding situation. When they came in, they were extremely scared and timid. Phillip quickly came around after being shown a little bit of kindness and a comfy place to stay! He is enjoying being pet and held. Being on a leash is new to Phillip but he is learning fast and excited to be receiving kindness from people. Phillip is an adorable little man with endless love in his heart!
