Scaggs is about 4 years old and gets along well with people and other cats. Dogs and children don't bother him either—he seems to just want peace and a gentle environment. Neutered and up to date on his vaccines, he’s got experience toughing it out on the streets but is ready to retire into a quieter life with a patient adopter.
