Meet Cearcy Cearcy is a 4-year-old, 21-pound Maltese who came to us as an owner surrender. When he first arrived, he was overwhelmed, scared, and reactive - the world felt a little too big and scary for him. But in just a few short days, this sweet boy has started to show his true self. He's been opening up, allowing pets, and even enjoying quiet moments of hanging out with people he's beginning to trust. Cearcy isn't a "bad boy" at all - he's simply adjusting to a brand-new environment and learning that he's safe. He is potty trained and loves to sleep in bed with you or on the floor next to you. He loves to go for walks. He ignores other dogs for the most part and would be fine as an only dog. With time, patience, and love, Cearcy will blossom into the wonderful companion we know he can be. He just needs someone willing to give him that chance. Adoption fee is: $250 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs.
