Tobey is adventurous, active, and very affectionate, with a special talent for pretending he’s a parrot. He loves riding around on shoulders and being as close to his people as possible. Always on the move and full of love, Tobey is ready to bring nonstop fun and cuddles to his future home. Our cat adoption fee is $110 and includes their Spay/Neuter surgery, microchipping, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives.
