King King is a gentle old soul who asks for very little beyond a soft bed, a kind touch, and plenty of love. He spent his entire life with his devoted mom until she became ill and had to return to her home country, leaving him in need of a new place to land. At 19 years old and about 22 pounds, King King is in generally good health for his age. He receives medication and monthly injections to keep his arthritis comfortable and manageable. He would do best in a home where someone is around much of the day, as he needs a bit of extra support. If left alone in a confined space, he can become a little confused, but he is very sweet about letting you know when he needs help. What King King deserves is a peaceful home where he can bask in warm sun puddles, nap in the coziest beds, and be surrounded by the love and reassurance he has always known.
