Tabs was found by a Good Samaritan. He was so matted, his fur tight to his skin. It was so severe, shaving was necessary. He is, unfortunately, declawed. We have no clue how he's been surviving outside alone - declawed. He is just the sweetest guy. You can tell he feels so much better! And he looks dapper in his comfy sweater!!
