Simon's longtime foster Elizabeth tells us he's been a joy to have in her home. She writes, "He's a happy, energetic boy who loves being part of the action-but he's just as content curling up for a big cuddle and nap with his favorite person. Simon is a toy enthusiast through and through-bones, fluffy toys, and especially a good game of tug-of-war. He's also a huge fan of car rides, where he can stick his head out the window and soak it all in. He's a very smart boy and eager to learn, but he does have lots of puppy energy and is still working on a few manners-particularly walking nicely on a leash (he can pull) and greeting new people without jumping because he's just that excited to say hi. Simon has a sensitive stomach, so he doesn't get treats, but that doesn't slow him down one bit. Due to his high energy and puppy enthusiasm, he's still learning how to calmly interact with other dogs, cats, and kids, so he'd do best with someone who can continue his training and help him build confidence and good habits.
