Hello from Isabelly! She is an almost 4 month old spayed female looking for a patient home. She LOVES other cats, but is still getting used to people. She is rather independent and has a blast playing with her toys, following the other kitties around, and taking naps in her cozy beds near the windows. Isabelly is what we call a Spirit Kitten. She is from the outside world, and got rather comfortable not talking to people. She is avoidant of humans and prefers to do her own thing, she is a nervous nelly that finds a lot of comfort in the company of other cats. She is unlikely to be a snuggle bug that seeks attention from her humans. Her foster says she likes to be out & about with the other kitties and does her own thing, and when she would approach Isabelly, she would duck under something to hide. This is something that may improve slowly over time with a lot of patience, love, treats, and cat company, but she is unlikely to be a super human-oriented kitty. We are requiring this cutie goes home with other friendly cats to ensure she is happy in her new home. She is not appropriate for a home with children or busy teenagers. We are unsure how she may feel about a dog, but perhaps a very calm dog that won't bug her much would be alright. Please speak with staff about your home life & we will see if she is a good match! Our shelter is open Tuesday-Saturday from 12-4 (closed Mondays, appointment only Sundays).
